Well, today was our official last day of first grade….and I am sending my first grade babies off to second grade. (*sniffle*) It is such a bittersweet time of the year for teachers. We’ve grown so close to our students, we’ve worked so hard to develop classroom routines, and have built wonderful friendships and relationships with parents/families, and have had so many lovely experiences and adventures…and then… we send them off… (*sniffle*) I will miss my sweet students, and am so proud of them! However, I do look forward to spending some quality time with my own two babies!
Thank you for the many wonderful memories! This truly has been an unforgettable year!
